- Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Ealy check-in/ Late check-out is subject to availability.
- Smoking is prohibited inside Standard Cottage Rooms. Please use designated smoking areas.
- Pets are not allowed in Standard Cottage Rooms to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Loud music is not allowed in the rooms or common areas to preserve the resort’s tranquil setting.
- Standard Cottage Rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests.
- Be mindful of other guests when using shared bathrooms, keeping the areas clean after each use.
- Turn off lights, heaters, and other electronics when leaving the room to support eco-friendly practices.
- Towels and linens are replaced upon request to conserve water. Please request only when needed.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room. Costs for repairs or replacements may apply.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the rooms to maintain cleanliness and prevent attracting pests.
- For safety reasons, candles or any open flames are not allowed in the rooms.
- Chairs and tables in the garden are for guest use. Please avoid moving or damaging the furniture to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all Standard Cottage Rooms.
Each Standard Cottage Room includes a bed mattress heater, heating and cooling units, Wi-Fi access, an in-room tea maker with cookies, and clean linens. Shared but well-maintained bathrooms, toilets, and wash areas are also provided.
Due to restrictions from Shivapuri National Park, pets are not permitted in the Standard Cottage Rooms or on the resort premises. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing a serene and comfortable stay for all our guests.
