With most team members drawn from nearby villages, tourism revenues remain within the community, ensuring that tourism functions as a tool for empowerment rather than extraction.

By sourcing food from its own organic farm and local farmers, the resort strengthens food security, sustainable agriculture, and local income generation, while its farm-to-table approach promotes health and nutrition.
