Resort Policy & Terms and Conditions
- Reservations & Payments
1.1 Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit.
1.2 Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Payment Methods

- Approved online payment gateways
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email/call to:

2.2 Refund Structure
- 30 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund
- 15–29 days prior to check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: No refund
2.3 No-Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
- Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
- Travel Advisory & Transportation
4.1 Kathmandu Departure Advisory
For safety reasons, guests are strongly advised to depart from Kathmandu no later than 3:00 PM to avoid night travel through forest areas.
4.2 Night Travel Warning
Night travel is strictly discouraged due to limited visibility, wildlife zones, and terrain conditions.
4.3 Transportation Disclaimer
The resort may assist in coordinating transport through third-party providers. However, Prakriti Resort & Organic Farm is not liable for delays, accidents, or incidents occurring during transit.
4.4 Parking
On-site parking facilities are available for registered guests.
- Rates & Inclusions
Room rates include:
- Accommodation
- Welcome refreshment drink
- Evening dinner
- Next morning breakfast
Unless otherwise specified.
Additional services such as lunch, beverages, spa treatments, activities, and special experiences will be charged separately.
- Room Occupancy & Guest Information
Each room type has a defined maximum occupancy. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.
Guests must provide accurate details of all occupants, including spouse/partner names where applicable, for room allocation and security purposes.
- Child Policy
- Children under 5 years: Stay free using existing beds.
- Children aged 5–12 years: Additional charges may apply.
- Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted due to proximity to wildlife zones and the resort’s ecological sensitivity.
- Guest Responsibilities & House Rules
Prakriti operates as a regenerative and eco-conscious destination. Guests agree to:
9.1 Respect Nature
- Do not damage plants, crops, or wildlife.
- Do not feed or disturb wild animals.
- Do not harvest farm produce unless guided by staff.
9.2 Environmental Responsibility
- Avoid single-use plastics.
- Use dustbins and avoid littering.
- Minimize food waste.
- Participate in energy and water conservation efforts.
9.3 Peaceful Environment
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No loud music in open areas.
- Alcohol consumption only in designated areas. Public intoxication is not permitted.
9.4 Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
9.5 Supervision of Children
Children must be supervised at all times, especially in farm and wildlife-adjacent areas.
9.6 Property Care
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
9.7 Decorative Items
Guests may purchase decorative items from the resort reception. Use of resort property or décor in rooms or common areas for personal purposes is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
- Health & Safety
Guests must comply with all safety protocols in place, including public health guidelines where applicable.
Basic first aid is available on-site. In emergencies, staff will assist in arranging medical support.
Participation in activities or excursions is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Waivers may be required for certain activities.
- Liability
- The resort is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
- Lockers are provided for guest convenience; guests are responsible for securing valuables.
- The resort maintains valid liability insurance coverage for incidents arising from its negligence within the premises.
- Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
- Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation processing and guest experience enhancement.
Prakriti Resort is committed to protecting guest confidentiality and does not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
- Environmental Commitment
As a Travelife Gold Certified resort, Prakriti operates under sustainable and regenerative tourism principles. Guests are encouraged to participate in environmental initiatives, including waste reduction, biodiversity conservation, and responsible travel practices.
- Third-Party Services
The resort may partner with external vendors for tours, transportation, or other services. Prakriti Resort & Organic Farm is not responsible for the actions or service quality of third-party providers.
- Gift Vouchers
- Usage: Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of check-in and are subject to availability.
- Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
- Lost & Found
The resort will make reasonable efforts to return lost items. Items unclaimed within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.
- Feedback & Complaints
Guests are encouraged to share feedback during their stay so concerns can be addressed promptly.
