Room Rules
- Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check in and late out is subject to availability
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Deluxe Rooms. Use designated smoking areas.
- Pets are not permitted to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of other guests.
- Loud music is not allowed in rooms or public areas to preserve the resort’s peaceful atmosphere.
- Deluxe Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Additional guests may incur extra charges for an extra bed.
- Please turn off lights, electronics, and heating/cooling units when not in use to support our eco-friendly practices.
- Towels and linens are replaced upon request to conserve water and energy.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the room. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the rooms to maintain cleanliness and avoid pests.
- Room appliances like tea makers and heaters must be used responsibly. Report any malfunctions immediately.
- Candles or any open flames are not allowed in the rooms for safety reasons.
- Only registered guests are allowed in Deluxe Rooms. Visitors are restricted unless pre-approved by the management.
