Resort Policies

Terms and Conditions

  • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
  • Deposit Requirement: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid upon check-in.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our reservation department.
  • Refunds:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No Show: In case of a no-show, no refunds will be issued.
  1. Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM.
  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Room Occupancy:
  • Maximum Occupancy: Each room type has a specific maximum occupancy. Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
  • Identification: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
  1. Rates and Charges:
  • Inclusions: Room rates include accommodation, welcome refreshment drink, evening dinner, and next morning breakfast unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional Charges: Extra services, such as lunch, beverages, spa treatments, and activities, will be charged separately.
  1. Child Policy:
  • Children Under 5 Years: Stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • Children Aged 5-12 Years: May incur additional charges. Please check with our reservation department.
  1. Pets:
  • Policy: Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
  1. Liability:
  • Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to the resort property by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • Safety: The resort is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the stay.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • The resort will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
  1. Privacy Policy:
  • Data Collection: Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and enhancing your stay.
  • Confidentiality: We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
  1. House Rules:
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. Please drink responsibly.
  1. Special Requests:
  • Requests: Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee them.
  1. Health and Safety:
  • Health Protocols: Guests are required to comply with all health and safety protocols, including any COVID-19 guidelines, in place at the resort.
  • Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, please contact the front desk immediately. Basic first aid is available on-site, and we can arrange for medical assistance if needed.
  1. Activities and Excursions:
  • Participation: Participation in any activities or excursions organized by the resort is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Guests may be required to sign a waiver before participating in certain activities.
  • Cancellations: The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify any scheduled activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.
  1. Meals and Dining:
  • Meal Timings: Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate your needs.
  1. Transportation:
  • Arrangements: The resort can assist with arranging transportation to and from the resort. Please contact our reservation department for details and charges.
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. The resort is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises.
  1. Gift Vouchers:
  • Usage: Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of check-in and are subject to availability.
  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  1. Changes to Terms:
  • Modifications: The resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website.

  1. Lost and Found
  • Lost Items: If you leave behind any personal belongings, please contact us as soon as possible. The resort will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items. Items not claimed within [X] days will be donated or disposed of.
